Overview
The Lifespan Lab at the University of Stirling is a cross-disciplinary research lab focused on understanding cognition, health and wellbeing from infancy through to old age in humans and also in other species such as chimpanzees and crows.
We have a purpose-designed research space, The Lifespan Lab, which provides a welcoming environment for people of all ages and houses specialist equipment for studying people and animals, including those who cannot communicate verbally.
The team includes researchers across many disciplines including Psychology, Sport, Dementia studies and Education.
